ZenoBank is a Business Social Network site that allows companies to showcase themselves using professional content and they will be able to interact with visitors in a new and unique manner. Registered members can find people and companies with common interests and talk to them, listen to them and sustain connections with them over time. Registration is FREE for all participants.

ZenoBank will be populated with AlphaTrade's current fundamental and financial information about public companies. Once registered, companies can personalize their own information pages by adding videos, blogs, forums, rss feeds and other functionality. ZenoBank will be an "always open" online trade show that provides companies with a new and exciting way to gain more website exposure and provide investors with greater transparency with respect to information. ZenoBank will be a great source of aggregated and user generated information that allows visitors the freedom to access this information at any time and from one location.

ZenoBank members who are interested in a company will be able to talk directly to the company officials via instant messaging, blogs or at a forum while looking at the latest financial information. ZenoBank will be a networking dream for public companies, for associated businesses such as transfer agents, attorneys, accountants, shareholders, investment bankers, stockbrokers, and for novice investors who need to learn more about all aspects of the financial industry.
